How long does shipping take for boards and heavy gear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Due to the size of wakeboards and surfboards, we use specialized carriers to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition.
What is your return policy on performance sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, equipment that has been mounted or used in the water cannot be returned.
Do you offer a performance guarantee?
Yes! We want you to love your ride. If you aren't satisfied with the performance of your new board, contact our experts within 15 days for an exchange or store credit.
How do I determine the right board size for my weight?
Each product page includes a specific size chart. Generally, heavier riders require more surface area (longer boards) for stability, while lighter riders benefit from shorter, more maneuverable decks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, BoardCo ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and package dimensions.
Does my equipment come with a manufacturer warranty?
All new hardware sold by BoardCo is covered by full manufacturer warranties against defects. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry and will assist you with any warranty claims.
